You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from Twizzle™. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Personalized Products

Twizzle™ specializes in customized and personalized goods. All orders are processed based on the exact content, images, text, and personalization uploaded by the customer, and Twizzle™ is not responsible for spelling errors, low-resolution images, or incorrect details submitted by the customer.

3. Order Acceptance

Orders placed are considered confirmed only after full payment and acknowledgment via email/SMS. Twizzle™ reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its sole discretion, including in cases of incomplete information, suspected fraud, or abusive behavior.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on the Site are in INR and inclusive/exclusive of taxes where specified. Payments must be made in full at checkout. Twizzle™ reserves the right to revise pricing at any time without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — logos, text, graphics, images, product mockups, and designs — is the sole property of Twizzle™ and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to jurisdiction of courts located in Nashik, Maharashtra.
