Customization & Artwork Submission Policy

Twizzle (Phoenix Sales and Distribution) produces customized products based strictly on the content, images, text, and personalization submitted by the customer at the time of order placement.

Customer Responsibility

By uploading or submitting photos, text, captions, or artwork, you confirm that:

• You own or have the legal right to use the content

• The uploaded material does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or privacy rights

• The content is appropriate and lawful

Twizzle is not responsible for:

• Low-resolution or pixelated images

• Spelling errors or incorrect text provided

• Poor composition or quality of customer-submitted visuals

• Missed deadlines due to delayed submissions by the customer

Permission to Print

Once photos or customization data is uploaded and paid for, Twizzle will begin processing immediately. Changes after submission may not be possible.

Image Use, Data Handling & Intellectual Property Policy

Twizzle respects your privacy and does not use customer images for marketing or promotion without your explicit written consent.

Customer Uploaded Images

All photos submitted for personalization:

• Are used solely for production of your order

• Are stored securely during processing

• May be auto-deleted after order completion after a reasonable period

Consent for Showcase

Customers may voluntarily grant permission for Twizzle to:

• Feature their printed products on social media or website galleries

• Display anonymous samples for promotional purposes

Consent will always be requested — we will never use customer content without permission.

Gift Confidentiality Policy

Some Twizzle orders are placed as surprise gifts. We respect that.

Confidentiality Measures

• Packaging does not disclose contents by default

• Price and invoice details are never included inside the gift box

• Gift messages are printed exactly as submitted and remain confidential

If the order is marked as a gift, Twizzle will only contact the purchaser, not the recipient, regarding order status (unless otherwise requested).
